I went back and forth for months on whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator for our beach wedding. I was having trouble justifying the cost and as weddings go, our budget was busting at the seams. Worries about wedding disaster continued to loom. I had heard great things about Gina and gave her a call about 6 weeks before the big day. Immediately, Gina eased my wedding worries and went to work on coordinating everything for the big day. We met several times prior to the wedding and spoke on the phone frequently, while Gina devised a master itinerary for the wedding. Once our day arrived I was so extremely thankful to have Gina on my team. The day and night went so smoothly and we had so many compliments from our guests that it was “the best wedding they had ever been too.” Gina saved the day on multiple occasions…whether setting up an extra place setting for an unexpected guest, finding our cake servers with only minutes to spare, lighting “a million” candles or simply making sure we always had a beverage in hand. Gina Dunn and her assistant Julia were worth every penny and more!

Where do we begin! We are so grateful that Gina was our day-of wedding coordinator. She is thorough, detail-oriented, good-natured, organized and super nice! Our vision for our wedding day was to just show up and not have to worry about a thing and that's exactly what Gina did for us. And it was not a smooth day for Gina - but for us it was flawless! Last minute the ceremony location had to be changed because of high winds and Gina got everything together nicely. The biggest issue was that the bakery that we hired FORGOT to make the cake and Gina was able to find another bakery and have a cake at the reception all without us worrying about it at all. We did not know anything was wrong until it was fixed. She did an OUTSTANDING job. Our wedding day was PERFECT thanks to Gina. Even though we hired her for the rehersal dinner and the wedding day she took an active role months before that, meeting with us on a couple occassions, emails and calls ensuring that the day would come together smoothly. She helped us with our vows, timeline, and a bunch of other stuff prior. Our family and friends commented how nice Gina is and how calm she was through the whole day. We can't thank Gina enough for playing such a pivitol role in such a wonderful, wonderful day.
